In June, HPCO along with Denver Inter-Neighborhood Cooperation (INC) and a number of community groups, is hosting a screening of Join or Die, a thought provoking documentary on the decline of civic engagement in America, highlighting the decreasing participation in community groups like neighborhood & civic organizations, churches, and more.
